RUGGED SENTINEL RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Rugged Sentinel, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be in new or like-new condition
- Product must be free from damage, excessive wear, or misuse
- All original packaging, accessories, and included items must be returned when applicable
Rugged Sentinel reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
NO RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
If the product arrived in good condition and was not damaged or defective upon delivery, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, Rugged Sentinel may cover return shipping costs at our discretion.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will verify the condition of the product.
If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged products not caused by manufacturing defects
- Products missing major components or packaging
